Structure

The fees are now split into two parts, with the required Band fees being paid directly to the school, and an optional meal plan being paid to the boosters. 

Required
There are two parts of what's needed to be paid every year:

◦ Band Fees (the same for everybody)

◦ The cost of additional items depending on which part of the band you are in, and whether you are a new or returning student, or are using an instrument issued by the school.

Optional Add-On Meal Plan

To ensure your student has a meal before football games, at competitions, and during summer band, we strongly encourage you to purchase the band meal plan. Due to time constraints, dropping off food during these events is incredibly difficult. Typically, there is only a 10–15 minute window for students to eat, and once a student is in uniform, they are not able to eat. Purchasing the meal plan helps ensure your student has reliable access to food and keeps them properly fueled and prepared for the long days and performances throughout the season.
